Image Clinical Skin Peel: Review!

Hey guys,

As a skin-care fanatic, I am a hard gal to impress when it comes to products and facials....but after my Image Clinical Peel I got this week, I felt compelled to blog about it! I booked myself in for an Image peel at Cork Laser Care on Tuesday with lovely Gerri. I have had treatments with Gerri before so I knew I was in capable hands.

Before I go on......I think there is a stigma attached to the word"peel" and especially when the word "skin" comes before it.......I blame Samantha from Sex and The City for this lol....................

No you will NOT look like this after an Image skin peel....

I am a firm believer that if you want to make a significant change/improvement to your skin, then you need to find skin treatments and products that dig deep into the skin cells and do what they are supposed to do. Image is a skincare range which was developed by an American plastic surgeon. It is formulated with cosmeceutical ingredients which are scientifically designed to get deep into the skin cell. If you suffer from acne, deep pore congestion, pre-mature aging, pigmentation, sun damage or wrinkles/fine lines, then non-cosmeceutical ingredients can only do so much. To rectify your skin concern and to improve your skins condition,  ingredients need to be driven deep into the pore to do their job....why? because for all the skin concerns listed above, the cells responsible for the improvement of the skin are situated deep in the skins layers......HELLO IMAGE SKIN CARE!!

I use alot of image skin care products in my everyday routine, which I will be doing a blog post about soon so I knew I would love this Image clinical Peel.

After a consultation with Gerri, she showed me through to her facial room and told me to make myself cosy. Gerri decided that the Image Signature Facelift would be perfect for me. I was already impressed the second I heard "facelift"..! The Image peel treatment consisted of  facial cleanse,de-greasing the skin which preps it for the 2nd part of the peel.....which is done in 4 layers. High doses of Vitamin C and glycolic are used to totally rejuvenate the skin. In layman's terms, the glycolic scoops out the dirt embedded deep in the pore and the vitamin c feeds and plumps out your starving/thirsty skin cells! :-)

Below is a picture of me before the Peel:

During the Peel:

After the Peel:

My skin felt so amazing after the treatment, clean, fresh and glowing!! It has been a few days since I had the treatment and I can still see the benefits of this skin treatment and that to me is a sign of a good facial! I have had  alot of facials in the past where my skin looks and feels amazing after the facial but that only lasts a few hours max! This peel boosts your skin cells so much and kicks them into action so your skin continually improves after the facial! My skin wasn't red at all afterward so there was no down-time with this facial- Now I can understand why this is known as a red carpet treatment!

Image Clinical Peels have quite an array of treatments available which can cater for any skin condition and concern. Go to this website to see where your nearest Image skincare centre is.....http://www.renaissance-skincare.com/skincare-centres/

Inglot Haul!!

I cannot contain my hyperness and excitement that Inglot is FINALLY in mahon point Cork!! I remember being in Poland about 8 years ago and discovering this brand, it was love at first sight!! It really is an amazing make up brand and so reasonable priced too which is always a plus. Inglot has been in Limerick and Dublin for quite some time now so I was delira when it came to Cork. I....no joke....have 28 Inglot eyeshadows and 10 lip products....ooppssie, so when I went to mahon point  I was determined to try out something new.

The girls in Inglot were so helpful and friendly, the whole experience was really enjoyable. I picked up a few goodies which I'm dying to tell ye about! :)

First up is the Sparkle Dust! This can be used to highlight the cupids bow, shin bone, collar bone, check bones and brow bone....its super pretty!! They have 3 shades, I decided to go for shade 01 as I thought it complimented my skin tone best. The package is really neat and sleek and its easy to control the amount of product you wish to apply-obviously the more heavy handed you are, the more intense the colour will be! Amazeballs!! If you're looking for a powder highlighter then this guy is for you!!

I've been on the look out for a good loose powder for aaages. I always find that any powders that I have tried in the past have been quite cakey. I decided to go for the Stage-sport-studio mattifying loose powder...I think it was the colour that intrigued me!  The lady in Inglot explained that this was designed for those who have extremley oily skin and that it even keeps you make up inplace while you sweat it out in the gym!! I've only been wearing this powder for a few hours so I really cant tell if this is true or not but so far I love it!!!

Now for my favourite products that I got today!! Inglot have a stunning range of pigments, matte, sparkly, shimmery and so on....every colour under the sun!! I went for no. 82, Its such a pretty array of coppers, browns, green and golds...when the light hits it, its savage!! I'm already thinking Chistmas night out!!! hehe.

While browsing the pigments, I came acorss Duraline....never heard of it before so I was excited to investigate it.! This is magic in a bottle!! Basically you add it to any powder or pigment and it intesifies the colour completely. I have done a few swatches below for you too see the vast difference the stuff makes!! It could really transform your whole eyeshadow kit!!

This is the pigment after I applied the duraline underneath...!!!! :)

I wanted to test out the Duraline with some of my whole powder eyeshadows so I swatched a Nars eyeshadow with and withour duraline! Difference is unreal...I know I'm guna be obsessed with this product!!!

The swatch in the middle is the eyeshadow by itself....the bottom one is with Duraline added!!
I think I can safely say that my MAC obsession has been replaced by an INGLOT one!!

Skin Science: ACNE...

Guna be a long post people ;)

Acne can effect anyone-of either sex and of any age. Speaking from experience, acne can really effect your confidence. As a beauty therapist, I am often asked how to treat acne and what products are best. After receiving a few e-mails since starting up my blog, I've decided to do a blog post about it.

Acne is very complex and honestly the term "acne" is often mis-used. It can be so frustrating and disheartening trying out varies different products and even medications. I remember when I got adult acne at 23, I was devastated!! My upper back, jaw line and the sides of my cheeks were covered in spots and even acne cysts- no make up would hide it. I felt that everyone was staring at my skin ( which they werent! ) and my confidence went to an all time low. My mum was so supportive and even stayed up a few nights with me researching the best way to treat acne!  Nowadays there are so many treatments and great products that treat acne.

If you suffer from acne then educating yourself about the causes and treatments  of acne is key!

What Causes Acne Vulgaris?

Hormones called androgens  are released during puberty which drive your oil glands to produce oil or sebum. An overproduction of this oil can lead to blocked follicles and pores resulting in anything from a blackhead to a cyst! There are varying degrees of acne, mild moderate and severe. Just because you have a blackhead does not mean you have acne! Each follicle in the skin is connected to a gland which produces oil- the oil, called sebum, is supposed to keep you skin soft and supple but over production of sebum and over stimulation of the oil gland can cause too much oil to be produced-the oil cannot flow out of the pore and instead gets blocked along with dead skin cells- eventually causing a "spot". The majority of acne sufferers develop it during puberty and "grow out it" as their hormones balance out, but there is a minority of people that can develop it later in life. Propionbacterium is a bacteria that lives on the skin deep inside the pores-its a very slow growing bacteria which feeds off sebum. Several strains of this bacteria have been linked to acne vulgaris. When a bacteria is in the body, our immune system goes into overdrive and releases white blood cells.....which can actually cause inflammation ( swelling, redness ) In turn, its actually the immune systems response to the bacteria that results in inflammatory acne. Everyones immune reaction is different, some more sensitive than others. Studies have shown that the bacteria doesnt have to be alive to trigger this immune system, even dead bacteria which is lying in the pore can lead to an immune reaction. It is important to remember that acne is not infectious...even when bacteria is involved.

There are a number of avenues you can take when it comes to deciding how to treat your acne. For the purpose of this blog, I am going to concentrate on ingredients, treatments and products that have worked for me. ( rather than medication! ) Obviously visit your doctor or dermatologist if you have an extreme case of acne but if not why not give these ideas a go.....

What you can do at home...............

First step is to kill that bacteria!! How? Disinfectant....thats how! Clean, clean, CLEAN your skin PROPERLY! Get your self your own wash bag....for all your products and for your own face cloth. If you wear make up on a daily basis, make sure to cleanse this off thoroughly before you use your specific disinfectant. Boots do a fabulous range of cleansers, no nasty ingredients and perfect for those who have sensitive skin.....wash your skin with your face wash rather than your face cloth....what do I mean by that? allow the cleansing ingredients in your face wash to cleanse your skin-rather than scrubbing your skin with your face cloth! Be gentle. I know its tempting to scrub the hell out of your skin but thats a definite no no-it will only over stimulate the skin...your pores will get pissed off with you and you don't want that! lol Even if you don't wear make up, you should always cleanse your skin twice-believe me if you could see the crap that builds up on your skin during the day/night you would cleanse!

Now that you have cleansed your skin, its is now prepped and ready for disinfecting it. The best best BEST ingredient for this is benzoyl peroxide...sounds scary but it's not. This will kill the bacteria deep in the pore. Start off with a face wash containing a low percentage, its better to start off with a low percentage rather than bombarding your skin with a high one. 2% or 3% is perfecto. The product I used is Panoxyl 2.5. I used to apply this to the area of my acne, not just the individual spots. Your skin has to be mega clean before you apply this, it may sting, especially if the area you are applying it to has broken skin. Remember you can apply this to the back aswell...... just make sure that you have cleansed your back too before applying it.

Your skin will flake and become quite dry while your using benzoyl peroxide....this is normal, just make sure you use a moisturiser or even better a sun screen.  It is VITAL that you moisturise your skin.....if you don't, then your skin will just fight back and you'll go back to square one. I cannot stress this enough, I know when i was going through this, moisturising my skin was the last thing I thought my skin needed but trust me...using benzoyl peroxide really drys out the skin so moisturise moisturise MOISTURISE!! Image skincare do an amazing sunscreen moisturiser, its like heaven in a bottle and smells delicious!

If you have mild acne, then use benzoyl peroxide only twice, three times a week- anything more will only aggravate your skin-and again you will go back to square one. Skin science, skin cells, acne etc is very complex, you need to realise the importance of using these products and ingredients correctly before you even use them. Moderate acne sufferers can use it every second day and Severe acne sufferers can use it twice a day, everyday until the acne has significantly decreased. Slowly ween your skin off the product until you are only using it when you need it.

 The Next Step......

Once your acne is under control  and you have been using the benzoyl peroxide for a number of weeks, its time to introduce exfoliating ingredients. Now that the bacteria had been treated, its time to get inside that pore and scoop out the crap! Alpha Hydroxy Acids and Beta Hydroxy Acids are the way to go. Salicylic Acid is a MUST.  Just like the benzoyl peroxide, it is so important to use salicylic acid correctly. I have come across plenty of products claiming they contain salicylic but the blunt truth is, many of these products are not the correct ph or percentage. Image certainly have the best range for acne skin....their medicated acne masque is amazeballs as part of your weekly skin routine. It has the most advanced technology and ingredients in the industry, if you can get your hands on it then do, it really is a miracle worker! The ingredients in this masque are cosmeceutical- meaning that they are formulated to get deep deep into the pore. If you have moderate-severe acne, then this is the product I would highly recommend......

An alternative to this is this Dermalogica face masque. Even though this brand doesn't use cosmeceutical ingredients, it is perfect for those who have mild acne and feels amazingly refreshing on the skin!

I really hope this post helps at least one of my readers. I feel quite strongly that education is key- understanding acne and why certain ingredients work will make your treatment so much easier!

I will post the second part of this blog post soon ...other wise the post will be mega long. In the next part of my acne posts, I will concentrate on the professional treatments that are available noways for acne so stay tuned for that one!

No7 Pore Vacuum Mask-Review!

Hey guys!

Hope ye'r all well :) I treated myself to a few skincare and bodycare products from Boots recently and one of the products was the No7 Pore Vacuum Masque-em hello, I am weak for the name!! If it vacuum out my pores then I am in lurve!

The masque is under 20 euro which is very reasonable for such an amazing product. I have quite an oily T-zone and my concerns are blackheads and blocked pores. I LOVE  a good setting clay based masque-I feel mega clean afterwards so I was so excited to try out this No7 masque. This is my first ever no7 skincare product to try out and I must say it gets my stamp of approval! :-)

You can use it twice a week but only for 10 minutes each time an ONLY on your open or congested pores! This stuff is like glue so make sure you use it correctly. After thoroughly cleansing my skin, I applied it to my nose, sides of my nose, forehead and chin as those are my areas of oil and congestion.

This may sounds mank.....actually it will sound mank but when you peel off the masque ( this is quite satisfying by the way ) you can actually see the crap from your pores on the masque you've peeled off! It does exactly what it claims to do......sucks the shite out of your pores!! ;) Make sure you apply your serum and moisturiser afterwards and your skin will feel and look clean, fresh and glwoing!

I am well impressed, I will def be trying out a few more no7 skin products. If any of ye get the masque, let me know how ye can on...:)

Skin Update: Laser Skin Rejuvenation

Hello all,

As many of ye know I have been getting laser skin rejuvenation in Cork Laser Care. I have 3 treatments so far and I really am loving the results. I have received quite a number of e-mails asking me how I am getting on and who skin rejuvenation is for etc so I decided to do a blog post today :)

For those of ye who are wondering what Skin Rejuvenation is, it is a laser treatment for the skin- that could be the skin on your face, hands, neck, chest and back-wherever you are concerned it! Laser is most certainly the way forward in the beauty industry. It is so versatile yet quite specific, it can treat almost any concern you could possibly have with your skin!

For me, as I have mentioned in the blog before, my concerns were oily t-zone, congested pores, enlarged pores and pigmentation! I guess, I felt my over all complexion was dull and tired-no matter what I used at home, I felt my skin needed a good kick up the bum! lol! - in comes Cork Laser Care! ;)

As a teenager, and adult, I have so many days that I have been down and sad about my skin-wearing make up because I felt I  needed it rather than wanting to! There are so many great skin treatments and products on the market these days. I must admit though, obviously being a beauty therapist, I am overly critical about my skin. I have spent a phenomenal about of hard earned cash on products that claim to work miracles only to be bitterly disappointed after trying them. The only product claim that I have fallen victim for time and time again are "pore minimizing" products! I have whole heartedly say that none of the products that I have used have ever worked-not to a noticeable degree anyway!

The main difference I notice so far in my skin are how smaller my pores are now thanks to this amazing laser treatment! I am actually quite excited about this as it really used to get me down. I now feel my complexion is healthier and more even. When I do wear make-up now, ist actually lasts much longer which is a bonus!

Below are 2 pictures I took after my 2nd treatment of Skin Rejuvenation.

These pictures were taken today, I had my 3rd treatment yesterday! :)

You may notice in the last picture that  my pigmentation is quite dark-this is actually a good thing!!! Pigmentation is deep within the skin cells........laser blasts these cells and push the pigmentation to the surface of the skin where it naturally sheds off the skin leaving a clear, even complexion behind. The reason my pigmentation is darker now is because it is getting closer to the surface,,,,hope this makes sense :P

I have my 4th Treatment in 3 weeks time and I look forward to seeing my skin improve even further,

I know what it feels like to feel down about your skin. As a teenager and in my early 20's I have poor skin- adult acne in fact. This is the first time in my life I can actually say that I feel confident about skin and that yes I will go to Dunnes sans make up-I know that sounds shallow/superficial but it's a big achievement for me!

Please e-mail me if you have any questions and I will help you as best I can!

Thank you to all my followers so far by the way, the support is incredible and hello to all the newbies!! :)

Have yourself a "me" day (morning)!!

After a weekend of fun at my cousins beautiful weeding in Doonbeg, I woke up this morning feeling tired and not so refreshed lol! With the house to myself and the day off work, I decided to have a "me" day! :-)

I started off my day by having a healthy, refreshing breakfast- a banana, orange and a nice glass of cool water. Healthy food makes me feel good and I always feel I can tackle the day better after eating healthily.

I'm the type of person that if I have few things to do, I get easily over-whelmed and bogged down. "To -do" lists calm me down-alot lol! I do have anxiety some days and feel that my mind is going to explode with worries/stress/thoughts/.....so I feel if I write down in black and white exactly what needs to be done and what worries I have, then I can take a deep breath and realise I'll be ok!

I am a candle/lantern junkie-LOVE them-essential for a "me" day!! Today I decided to burn my ESPA energising oil. It has lemongrass , peppermint and eucalyptus and it smells delicious! So uplifting and refreshing, it really is energising, I have things to do today so I didnt want to be dragging my feet behind me, otherwise for relaxation I love lavender, rose, ylang ylang and....well the list goes on and on!! ! The power of smell really is amazing....get yourself a nice candle/burning oil...makes a huge difference to the ambience of your home and state of mind!

After completing my lists I had a refreshing shower using my body brush and soap and glory body lotion. I use the body brush on dry skin before I have a shower. I feel I get a better exfoliation this way. This may sound weird, but some mornings my legs are a bit restless....I'm probably doing a jig in my sleep or something but whenever I use a body brush, it seems to go away!

I felt that my skin needed some TLC today so I decided to use a a masque :-) One of my favourite!!
Image have an amaaaaazing masque that not only exfoliates the skin but adds hydration back into the skin and  a beautiful glow. I will be doing a post soon that goes into more detail about my favourite masques! I also used Lush lip scrub in bubblegum to exfoliate my lips....I licked half of it off to be honest, its yum!!!

With my Pukka relaxing tea in hand, I went out to the garden, sat down and took a nice deeeeeep breath. Then my cat needed to be fed lol!!!!

Now I am ready for the day.....:)

NYX cosmetics Haul

NYX....IS....IN...CORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not going to lie, I did scream with excitement when I heard NYX cosmetics was available in Sam Macauleys in Blackpool shopping centre Cork! I have been lusting over NYX for years..I think this was due to the mountain of youtube NYX hauls I used to watch lol!

I decided to get a few lip products and while i was there I picked up a brow pencil. In my excitement I threw out my receipt but all the products were very affordable. NYX is somewhere between Rimmel and Inglot...price wise!

I like to spend my money on face products so foundations, blushers, bronzers, powders etc but when it comes to lipsticks, lipgloss and lip liners, If I can find a cheaper alternative to MAC then I'm happy.

I got 3 lip liners, 1 eyebrow pencil, 2 lip butters and 2 matte lip sticks...:)

Just a warning...this blog post is picture heavy...!! :)

The 2 matte lipsticks I got were tea rose which is a pretty pink and merlot which is a berry red..!

Merlot

The 3 lipliners are Carbaret which matches Merlot perfectly, Rose and Pale pink which both can be worn with tea rose! I always feel when I wear a lip liner all over the lip, my lipstick and gloss last so much longer!

Merlot and Carabet lip liner below!

Pale pink lip liner above, tea rose lipstick in the middle and Rose below !

onto the lip butterss....one work...YUMMY! these lipglosses are unreal, taste savage and stay on the lips for hours! They also smell really vanilla-y which is a plus, and their creamy texture is very moisturising for dry lips...I am a lipgloss junkie and i LOOOOVE these lip butters! I want to go back and ger them in all colours!! hehe! The two colours I got are Vanilla Cream Pie and eclaire!

Eclaire

Vanilla Cream Pie

The eyebrow pencil below is in the shade Dark Brown. I was impressed with the selection of brow shades NYX has to offer....certainly a shade for everyone! I usually use Browzing by Benefit but sometimes I want a more defined brow so decided to give this pencil a go....Its very precise and super easy to use...highly recommend it!

Skin Rejuvenation: 2 weeks post treatment

Hello all,

Decided to do a quick update on my skin. It's been exactly 2 weeks since my visit to Cork Laser Care for skin rejuvenation and I am delighted with the results so far. As a lover of make-up, I do find it hard to go a day with wearing it but nowadays I feel confident enough to pass on it. Geri did explain a few things that I would notice in the weeks after my treatment and she was spot on! My pores are undoubtedly smaller, my oily t-zone seems to be more balanced and as a result when I do wear make up, it lasts longer. Geri also explained that my areas of pigmentation may get a small bit darker and may peel....I have noticed that my pigmentation is darker and have experienced slight peeling.  The below pictures  are of myself prior to my treatment....

I took the below pictures of my skin today in natural daylight without make up........

I know it's only been 2 weeks but to get these results just after 1 treatment is pretty good! :) I am definitely going to get a full course of this treatment, worth every penny! My 2nd treatment treatment is in 2 weeks time and i am excited already lol! I'll keep doing updates like this one throughout my treatments, i feel its important to share my honest opinions and pictures for you guys to see!

Like always, email me if ye have any questions... porcelain.lady@yahoo.com

Skin Science: Forever Living and the wonder of Aloe Vera

As a health conscious person ( well most of time ) I think it is so important to know what we put in out bodies, this includes ingredients we use on our skin! I love reading and learning about ingredients- its uses, effects on the skin, effects on the body and so on. I most certainly think there is a link between what we eat and our skins health- I guess my Nutrition Degree did spur on this interest but there are so many scientific evidence out there proving this so!

I recently got  a few Forever Living products to try out....but before I did try them, I wanted to know what was in them first. While researching this company, I was delighted to learn that they also stand by the belief that what we fuel our bodies with has an effect on our skin, Forever living are the largest growers and producers of Aloe Vera in the world! IN. THE. WORLD!!  This got me excited...aloe vera is a power ingredient with an array of health benefits! This phrase comes to mind when I think of aloe vera  "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food"- Hippocrates.

Before I review a few of the Forever Living products, I want to explain just how naturally nutritious Aloe Vera is- for our bodies and skin!

Why Aloe Vera?!

Aloe Vera is a plant, which has many names "silent healer", "First aid plant" and "Medicine Plant". I remember as a child, my mum had ( and still does ) an aloe vera plant in the house, anytime we had sunburn or an insect bite, she would break off of the leaves, cut it open and rub the aloe vera on us! To understand how aloe vera works, its important to learn about the plants chemistry- here's the sciency part....yey!

Even though the plant is 99% water, the 1% of Aloe Vera actually contains over 75 ingredients! These ingredients include vitamins, minerals and amino acids. It is the balance of these ingredients that results in its beneficial effects, this balance of ingredients have literally taken thousands of years to perfect- the evolution of the aloe vera plant has now resulted in the perfect concoction of vitamins and minerals!

Benefits of Aloe Vera:

Due to the huge variety of vitamins and minerals in Aloe Vera, it has so many benefits! In my true, "where is  the evidence" attitude, I read Peter Athertons book: "Aloe Vera: The Medicine Plant" to find my answer!

Aloe Vera is  part of the subspecies the aloinae of which there are over 200 types- 15 of which are poisonous! There are 5 varieties which possess medicinal benefits.Through research, the plant is best after maturing for 4 to 5 years.  Aloe Vera is a potent anti septic and has the ability to kill off bacteria, viruses, fungi and yeats. It also reduces inflammation and can deeply cleanse the skin due to the presence of lignin. Vitamins A, E and C help slow down the ageing process and deeply nourishes the skin cells. The  healing powers of Aloe Vera are very powerful, Clinical trials have proven the it can dramatically improve sun burn, psoriasis, eczema and allergic reactions on the skin. I always knew the benefits of aloe vera but reading the scientific research and clinical trials really has compelled me to include this in both my skin care and diet!

Why Forever Living?!

Forever Living has been trading for 35 years and are available in over 150 countries! The thing I love the most about this company is that they cannot be bought in a shop...only through their distributors. They pour their money and time into growing the best Aloe Vera plants and making sure that their ingredients are the finest and purest. I am actually considering getting the Aloe Vera gel drink and giving it a go!! I would love to see if consuming aloe vera is as good as directly using it on the skin..Has anyone tried it before? Let me know how you got on!!

Having read about the company and researched about Aloe Vera, I was so excited to try out a few of their products! :) They have 2 skin ranges: Aloe Fleur de Jouvence which is for younger skin and is suitable for sensitive skin also and The Sonya range which is for mature skin. Each skin range has a cleanser, toner, day creme, night creme and mask! These can be bought separately!  Couldn't wait to get stuck in and try them out!!

On to the Review! :-)

I have been using the cleanser and mask  for the past few weeks and to be honest I couldn't wait to write about them! :)

Aloe Cleanser:

This is probably the most refreshing cleanser I have ever used. The smell is gorgeous!! The creamy texture lathers very easily and removed the majority of my make up with just one go..I had to go back in a 2nd time just to get mascara off! After removing the cleanser, my skin feels squeaking clean and actually glowing. This is suitable for anyone who has sensitive skin as all the ingredients are hypo-allergenic.  The lignins in the cleanser  have the ability to penetrate to the deeper levels of the skin which ensures delivery of all the beneficial ingredients.

Aloe Activator and Mask Powder:

I have never tried a mask like this before so was excited to see how well it worked for my skin. The mask comes in two parts: a pot of powder and an aloe activator. A mixing bowl is provided along with a mixing spoon. Just one spoon of powder is needed, you add the aloe activator until the consistency is like a lotion. I have been using this mask 3 times a week for the past few weeks and I can't believe the results! Coming for a girl who looooves cosmeceuticals and still does, this mask is phenomenal! The mask does get quite tight on the skin, something I actually love but it is easily removed and leaves the skin with an instant glow. The mask has kaolin in it which is a clay based ingredient that absorbs excess oil and helps to draw out congestion.

I am looking forward to reviewing the Firming day lotion and The recovering night creme in a future post. I love mixing up my skin care routine and always feel my skin looks its best when I vary my skin care products!

Hope ye enjoyed the post and like always email porcelain.lady@yahoo.com if ye have any questions!
